The Ash is in a spot on location between the coast and Wroxham, which is about a 15-minute drive away. Tina and David were great hosts, happy to help and very knowledgeable about the area. The property is nicely developed and comfortable, and breakfast is awesome, made with a lot of passion. Amazing B&B, highly recommend!
