It doesn’t feel like a real place at all, just a short-stay venue listed through online portals. A Google Maps entry for it makes about as much sense as one for my garden shed, since my shed has tools and a pleasant outlook too.

Room 4 on Floor 2, booked through Airbnb. Poor service, old carpet, TV and furniture, a bad smell, and lots of things broken.
