When you're away from home a lot, it makes such a difference to feel looked after. Marius is consistently warm, friendly, and good at anticipating what I need, and that thoughtful approach seems to carry through the team. As a frequent guest, I really appreciate the staff going out of their way to make me feel welcome. Thank you, Marius.

Leah and Sam were particularly lovely to work with and helped everything run smoothly. We hosted a corporate conference here and felt very well supported throughout. The food was very good, and the whole event was handled with care and professionalism. Everything felt easy and well organised. They clearly know how to run a corporate event.

The spa and leisure areas are a real draw, beautifully designed and great for relaxing. Harbour Hotel Guildford is also well placed near the town centre, so it’s easy to get around. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with thoughtful details. The hotel itself feels stylish and modern, and was well maintained. Staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help, so everything felt smooth and welcoming. A relaxing stay with a high level of comfort and service. I’d happily recommend it.

We enjoyed a drink at the bar, and the snacks were tasty. The server was excellent, and I can’t fault the staff. We’ve stayed twice now and will probably return, as the location works well for visiting relatives nearby. This time, though, we hadn’t realised parking would cost £18 overnight. On our last visit, Booking.com had included it in the offer, and we assumed it would be included again. We changed our plans and skipped the buffet breakfast at £15 each. As pensioners, we have to watch our spending. The check-in staff were competent, but didn’t seem able to make their own call about the parking, and the hotel lost some revenue as a result. I understand hospitality is under pressure, but £157 for a superior room isn’t cheap. We’ll likely come back, now knowing what to expect.
