After riding the Dunwich Dynamo, we stopped here for a few nights. It was easy to reach from the end of the ride, and a great place to stay in the countryside. The showers were great and the small shared kitchen was handy for basic cooking and hot drinks. There’s a good range of facilities, comfortable beds, and everything was clean and tidy. Solar power wasn’t an issue for us. It can be a little rustic, but that’s what you’d expect at a campsite. A few local takeaways deliver if you ask them nicely.

We loved the views and the comfortable tents, which each have a BBQ and fire pit and feel quite private. The shared facilities were very clean and to a high standard, with great showers and a handy kitchenette. The hosts were helpful and knew the area well. Southwold and the nearby villages are easy to get to. We’d definitely recommend it and will be back.

Tom and Sophie were great hosts, and their five bell tents make a really sweet little setup. Even with four other tents occupied, it still felt nicely secluded. We were in the area for a friend’s birthday and tried glamping for the first time. I only wish we’d booked more than one night at Firs. There are some great pubs within easy cycling distance, so bring your bikes. We’ll definitely return.

Firs Glamping felt like our own little world in the lovely Suffolk countryside. The tent was warm and comfortable, well equipped and had plenty of home comforts. The facilities suited what we needed, too. We had a great time and would highly recommend a visit.

From our tent we could see fields, cows and sky, and I felt completely at peace. It’s a great location with lots to see and do, and the stay was really relaxing. The facilities were everything we needed, and the tents were kitted out with much more style than I expected. I’d highly recommend a visit.
