Saul has made the place feel really warm and homely, and it works equally well for a quiet break or for walking in the hills. I’ve stayed here several times, and each visit is as good as the first, maybe better. Link, his dog, is a very good boy and seems to get along with everyone. I’d highly recommend staying here.
Saul takes great care of his guests, and Link, his lovely dog, is a big part of what makes the place great. The beds are comfortable, there’s a view of the castle, and the price is fantastic. This is my second stay at Castle View Guest House and I love it. Great host, great place, great dog. 5/5 every time.

Saul and his dog Link made me feel very welcome. It’s a lovely guest house, well suited to solo travellers or a one-night stopover. I’d definitely stay again.
Saul was very welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble. The place is immaculately clean and tidy, with all the modern conveniences. Castle cottage view comes highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area.
