We enjoyed our two nights while visiting the area. The hotel and room were lovely and clean, the staff super friendly, and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and gorgeous. My two gripes are the room soap, shampoo, and lotion, which didn't smell nice at all, and the £10 per night parking charge. As a paying guest, I don't think we should have to pay for parking. That's why I'm giving four stars.

We keep coming back when we visit family, and we’ll be back again. The hotel is good value for the money, and the staff are warm every time. Housekeeping does a great job, with the rooms left clean and tidy. We appreciated the Christmas card too, a thoughtful touch. Breakfast is lovely, and the buffet is fantastic. The sausages just aren’t to our taste, which is only a personal preference. The bed felt a bit lumpy, though we still slept okay. It can be hard to get a room when the hotel is busy, which shows how popular it is. Well done to everyone, and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Bianca made our visit especially enjoyable. She was attentive and friendly at the bar, always with a smile. The Harlow Hotel by Ancor feels clean and welcoming, with a lovely pub atmosphere. We had a great experience and would happily recommend it.

My first impression was great, thanks to the front desk team, who were friendly and welcoming. The staff were helpful during my stay. The bar was the one less positive part: the team there seemed a little less enthusiastic, and not as attentive or helpful as the other staff. Even so, I had a really pleasant stay.
