Breakfast was freshly cooked, brilliant, and had plenty to choose from. The rooms were a good size, with fruit and drinks provided, and it’s only about a five-minute walk into Harrogate. Marilyn and her husband, Des, were genuinely friendly and happy to help with anything. One of the best B&Bs I’ve stayed at, highly recommend it.

Our first visit to Harrogate was a treat, it’s such a beautiful place. The B&B was gorgeous, with lovely decor, and the breakfast was top quality. Marilyn and her partner made us feel very well looked after. I’d absolutely book here again for a few nights away.

We slept really well, the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The rooms had loads of storage, a kettle with tea and coffee, a little fridge with milk and water, plus fruit and biscuits, which was a lovely touch. The bathroom was quite big too. Breakfast had lots of choice and everything we tried was excellent. The owner was lovely and nothing felt like too much trouble. Shops, restaurants and pubs are just minutes away, but the guest house is on a really peaceful street, with parking permits provided.

Marilyn looked after us so well, she was a gorgeous host. The place is already rated 9.9 out of 10 on Booking.com, and I’d give it a full 10 if I could. Breakfast deserves three Michelin stars, the rooms were marvelous and spotless, and it’s only about a five-minute walk from the centre. Parking by voucher is right outside. Absolutely fantastic.

The owners are both lovely and made the place feel like our dream home. Our bedroom was just perfect, and the breakfast was fantastic. It’s also easy to walk into the centre of Harrogate from here. Thanks for everything, hope to see you again soon.
