The room and the whole place were beautiful, and everything stayed tidy. David and Ruth were so warm and welcoming, with service that went beyond what I’d hoped for. I felt like royalty, and even weeks after getting home I was still missing breakfast, especially the fresh fruit salad and hot dishes you could order each morning at no extra cost. April House had lovely, peaceful surroundings and a great location. Seeing it online seemed almost too good to be true, but in person it was even better. A trip of a lifetime.
