The shower itself was lovely, though the hot water took a while to come through. I prefer a hotter shower, but I think the temperature is capped for safety, and it would probably suit most people. I also liked having a light at the mirror instead of needing the bright bathroom light. The room was fairly clean and well equipped. I was surprised there was a fridge in a single room, and the adapters came in handy. There were enough hangers, and earplugs were available. Staff were friendly and responsive. Bedding, towels and soap were decent quality. I rarely give five stars, but I felt they’d taken care with all the details this time, so they deserve it. Thanks. =)

The ground floor made it easy to load the car with all our Christmas shopping, and having the car directly outside the room felt safe and secure. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment. It was clean and well maintained, with a big comfortable bed and all the equipment we needed in the separate kitchen. Mark sent clear instructions for accessing the property and responded quickly to our questions. It’s close to the lovely town. We’ve stayed in Harrogate many times, and this was one of our best stays. We’ll book again soon.

Having parking is a real bonus in Harrogate, and there’s plenty around the back. The room had everything we needed, and it’s ideally placed near the town centre and some great restaurants and pubs. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had the superior suite and it was perfect. It’s modern and had everything we needed, including an amazing shower and a big bed with super comfortable bedding. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s a very short walk into town, but the area is nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Just a few minutes’ walk from town, but far enough out of the bustle. There’s free parking, and the place is well equipped with a fridge and mini kitchen.
