Free parking for the day and an easy walk into town were handy. Our room was clean and comfortable, with nice coffee and toiletries. The host was friendly, and the information book had useful tips and places to eat. We'll be back.

10/10
Monica and Mark gave us great local tips, including several excellent breakfast places only minutes away, since The Grafton doesn't serve breakfast. Their warm welcome made the stay feel special, and you can tell they work hard to keep the place running smoothly. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The Grafton Hotel is a characterful boutique guesthouse, beautifully presented and spotless. Our room was modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. It's well placed for a short walk to Harrogate centre, the Convention Centre, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. A lovely base for exploring town, with good value and excellent hosts. Highly recommended.

The centre of Harrogate is within walking distance, and the location is really good. The room was a decent size and the bed very comfortable. It was disappointing that there was no fridge.

The bed was so comfortable, and the room was just the right size, with lovely decor and thoughtful extras like shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. There's no food at the guest house, but plenty of places to eat nearby. Harrogate centre is an easy walk, about five minutes away. Highly recommend ✨️

8/10
Harrogate centre is easy to reach on foot from this well located guest house, and there are lots of places to eat nearby since they don't serve food here. Our room was nicely decorated, though a little small. No other complaints. There's EV charging at the bottom of the road.
