There are lots of offers all in one place, and it's clean and tidy. There's a Caffe for tenants and their customers, and the front of house staff are very helpful.

Reception were arrogant and no help when I asked a straightforward question about parking. They seemed more interested in chatting about the gym and what they'd had for tea last night. It felt like if you couldn't find a space, you were on your own. At least put a map at reception so visitors know where to park when they arrive. I wish one of the two reception staff had spent a minute being polite and explaining the parking situation.

I just wanted a quick bite and ordered one slice of toast, which cost £2 and really wasn't worth it. It was very thin and pale, and came without butter. The place wasn't busy, but I still waited 10 minutes before anyone noticed they'd forgotten my order. Really disappointing for something so basic. I won't order anything from there again.

The receptionists I've dealt with so far have been extremely rude and unhelpful.
