Lovely and Affordable House Closer to the sea

The advert's main photo made the house look much smarter than it was, and it seemed to show a completely different property. Emails were unclear, the phone manner was patronising, and getting the entry code was very complicated. My family and I stayed earlier this year, and we were made to pay twice. The house wasn't clean, and I have photos. There were suspicious bedroom door locks that unsettled the children, low heating, a stiff shower with a strange pulley, and a noisy boiler. The fridges were unplugged. We found hair and dirt on the dishcloths, a filthy toothbrush holder, food in bedside drawers, hair everywhere, stains on the bedding, cream smears on mirrors, and a Peperami wrapper on a bedroom windowsill. There were no towels, not even hand towels, so we had to buy some. Rubbish was left in the garden, lamps were nowhere near sockets, beds were limp and possibly broken, furniture was broken, and lights didn't work in one bedroom or the bathroom. Notes were scruffy and written in bad English. A sign said 'the presence of hairs...can happen due to various reasons, such as the cleaners having visual impairments'! The washing-up liquid was watered down. We were rushed out, and there was blackmail about withholding the deposit if we left a bad review.
