The room was dirty and neglected. There was no toilet roll when we arrived, the shower head was off, and the bed sagged badly. I had to lift the mattress and rearrange the wooden slats because they weren't screwed down. The kettle frothed when I boiled it, smelled awful, and seemed full of urine. It made the room stink and tripped the circuit. The cleaner was there and got it sorted, though he could hardly speak English. It is a cheap place, so I wasn't expecting much, but this was a nasty surprise. Our room was on a corner and noisy until 3 am. That wasn't the main issue, though the lack of double glazing made the noise noticeable. I wouldn't use it again. I wasn't expecting a palace, but it was a bit of a dump and could do with a name change.
