Premier Inn Haverfordwest North/A40

The Premier plus room was lovely and quiet, with air conditioning and a coffee pod machine, which I always appreciate. The car park was well lit and welcoming. The pub staff were very nice, though the pub closes at 10pm and had stopped serving food by 9:30pm, so plan ahead if you're arriving late. The receptionist at the Premier Inn was very professional, and we had an interesting chat when I arrived. That was welcome after a long drive. A decent hotel, to be honest.

The lower floor was so noisy, and I won't stay here again. The room smelled of mold, the bathroom stank, and the carpets were dirty. I asked to move, but they were full; the only suggestion was to tell guest services. The air conditioning didn't work properly and didn't seem to regulate the room. Probably the worst Premier Inn I've stayed in.

Connor was always polite and caring, and made time for us, especially our grandson. All the hotel staff were helpful and polite whenever we had a problem. We always stay here when we can and would highly recommend it. Thank you.
