We slept really well in this quiet spot, with no disruptions. After two nights camping, the homely feel was a delight. Our large, clean room had a big ensuite bath with proper hot water, heaven! The towels and bedding smelled so fresh from the laundry cleaner. Breakfast was delicious and set me up for the day, and our host gave fantastic service.

Breakfast had lots of choice and was freshly cooked each morning, with our order taken the night before. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the house and room were exceptionally clean and very well decorated. You can also book an evening meal in advance. It was well worth it during our visit, as the town didn’t have much choice of eateries and most meals came with chips. We’d recommend Kindale House to anyone.

We’re the two postmen, John and Mick. The breakfasts were lovely with plenty of choice, and there are loads of walks nearby. Tom and Sharon were wonderful hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Their local knowledge was invaluable. Thanks again, we loved our stay and hope to definitely come back for a second visit.

We’ve stayed at this great B&B on three separate occasions and will be back. We paid extra for dinner each night we stayed and had no complaints. The breakfasts are great too, just what you need before a day of travelling or sightseeing. Would highly recommend it!

We spent five nights at Kindale House. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and breakfast had a great choice, cooked to perfection. Evening meals are available, with a wide selection of homemade local food. Tom and Sharon are great hosts and can share plenty of information about the surrounding area. It’s a great base for fishing, walking and sightseeing.
