Premier Inn Hemel Hempstead Central

Ana was kind and helpful during our great one-night stay. When we had a problem with the TV, she sorted it out quickly and checked that everything was working. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I'd highly recommend the hotel for short or long stays.

Anamaria is the reason for the five stars. She was the only person who seemed to care about our stay. The rest of the staff couldn't find our booking, charged us twice by mistake, and couldn't return the money to the same credit card. They also didn't show any concern for our son. The rooms were smaller than advertised, and the bath was very small too. For three people, you need to pack lightly.

I had an excellent stay at Premier Inn, with everything I needed for a comfortable, relaxing visit. Anamaria at reception deserves a special mention. She was warm and helpful, made check-in easy, and shared useful local tips. Her friendly manner really improved my experience. Highly recommended!

I’m at Premier Inn often, and a few recent stays elsewhere had left me pretty disappointed. I’d run into heaters that didn’t work, showers that weren’t hot enough, weak taps, and spray taps that made it hard to rinse off soap. Sometimes there was no shower gel or the dispenser was broken, towels were short and meant a long walk to reception, and key access kept resetting so I had to get it reprogrammed there too. One place had no breakfast because the diner was being refurbished. This stay was pleasant enough to restore my faith in Premier Inn, and my partner is happy to come back too. They should bring the other Premier Inns up to this standard, or you might as well stay at Travel Lodge.
