The staff service and hospitality were my favourite part. I had the best experience ever.

The receptionist was great, and the room was not bad at all. The shower was new and had really good pressure. I stayed one night and would definitely come back.

We paid extra at reception to bring our small dog, which seemed normal, and things initially looked okay. Then we found drug dealing and drug taking inside the property. It was absolutely disgusting and stank. We left that same night, and I’d advise people to stay well away and spend their money elsewhere. It’s now been over three weeks of disputing the refund, and they’re refusing to communicate professionally or give the money back. I don’t know how they’re getting away with it. Be aware.
