Premier Inn High Wycombe / Beaconsfield

The family room was clean and fresh, the evening meal was delicious and came quickly, and breakfast at the brewers fayre was really good. The two ladies in Christmas hats were so friendly and welcoming, and Kiran at checkout was a ray of sunshine. Everyone else was pleasant and helpful too. The person at reception when we arrived wasn't very welcoming and seemed short on personality, though maybe it had been a long day. We had a lovely stay and would come back.

The staff at Premier inn beaconsfield were really kind and welcoming. The room was a good size, and the bed and mattress were very comfortable. Everything went smoothly. Fantastic stay, would highly recommend.

I only needed a bed and a bath or shower after a three-hour drive for work, so the basic room was fine, though an iron would have helped. It was spotless, credit to the housekeeping staff who have so little time, five stars and a shout-out to them. But room 126 smelled awful, like off onions. Opening the windows and going out for a meal helped a little by the time I got back. The male receptionist was smoking by the entrance when I arrived, which wasn't a great first impression. He was coolly helpful and did his job efficiently. There’s plenty of parking if you keep following the road round back, and it’s easy to find and good value. It was noisy because the place is so busy. No frills, with a Brewers Fayre on site and a vending machine. I might return, mainly because the room was clean. Thanks again to housekeeping.

I turned up at 2am after leaving my house keys at a venue in London that was closed until Monday morning. The hotel was fully booked, but the night staff at reception couldn't have been kinder. They gave me bottled water and a hot drink, plus a free parking space so I could try to get a few hours' sleep in my car if I couldn't find a remotely affordable room locally at that hour. A big shout-out to Rakesh and Kul for looking after me.
