Premier Inn Holyhead

The breakfast was great, and Tracey deserves a mention for the excellent fry-up. Andreas service was exceptional too. Our bedroom worked really well for two adults, with a good travel cot for our 10-month-old and a bed and a half for our three-year-old. Thanks!

We were staying in treddaur but couldn't find somewhere that suited a fussy veggie and was good value, so we called premier inn. They were welcoming from the moment we rang, and we headed to primer inn holyhead because we'd heard about the breakfasts. I've got a disability and an assistance dog, and Andrea made me feel so welcome. She was lovely and especially helpful with my dog, the best customer service I've had. I'd never seen veggie bacon on a menu before, and Tracy cooked it to order. It was one of my favourite veggie bacons too. We've now booked breakfast for the rest of our stay. It's the best veggie breakfast I've had out, and the kindness from Andrea and Tracy has made our holiday. You both work so hard. Thank you for being so lovely. Claire, carl and hollie 4 legs xxx

Andrea and Scott made our overnight stay and breakfast a really positive experience. Andrea was on reception but also kept the breakfast room moving, clearing tables, showing people where things were, especially the toasters, keeping food stocked, and taking payments. She handled it all with a happy, upbeat manner, like an efficient whirlwind. Scott was cooking the hot breakfast and stayed cheerful under pressure. Thanks to both of them. The location is excellent for the ferry. We stayed before boarding and again after coming back from dublin.

The evening meal took an hour to arrive, and it didn't seem especially busy, though there just weren't enough staff. The people working were rushing around and doing their best. Check-in was immediate and the service was great. Inside, the place was lovely, clean, and tidy, though the outside could use a bit of attention. It's a great spot, just outside the centre but still close enough. Highly recommend, and thank you!
