The cottage was lovely, and the welcome was so warm. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The shower pressure was weak, though, and the kitchen layout and appliances could do with a rethink. Sort those few things and it would be five stars.

The family were friendly and happy to chat, which we really enjoyed. We stayed in August 2020 with my daughters and grandchildren, and the cottage was clean and comfortable. The Covid 19 precautions were very good, and the welcome hamper was a lovely extra.

We've come back as a family of four for five years running, and have loved it every time. Sally and Richard really go out of their way to make the stay special. The beds are super comfy, and the accommodation feels welcoming and homely. A fantastic holiday spot.

The owners made us feel right at home, and the hamper of local food was a lovely personal touch. It's a cosy cottage with everything you need, in a lovely location. Great value and a great find. We'll be back.

The views over the green countryside were magnificent, and there are lots of country pubs nearby with local fresh produce. I had a relaxing stay on the family farm. The accommodation was immaculately clean, and the family were very friendly and welcoming. I even helped milk the baby calves, and my tour was really informative. An excellent place to stay, well placed for getting around.
