The views and walks straight from the site were lovely, and the facilities were great. The owners and staff are so nice, and the on-site bar feels really welcoming. They also do lovely pizzas and other bar snacks.

They’ve thought of pretty much everything here, including a bar that serves really good food. It’s such a great site I practically live here. The only small thing is to bring levelling blocks.

The bar is a great spot, especially with that lovely roaring fire. This is our go-to site in Shropshire, with great facilities and a handy base for exploring the area.

We only stayed one night to try out our new tent box, but loved the site and will be back. The fenced area in the little orchard was a real hit, our puppy could run off lead safely. The owners were super lovely, and the bar and games room looked stunning. The log fire was almost too hot, only joking 😂 We couldn’t complain about anything. Love Claire Derek and Minnie xx

We stayed between Christmas and New Year, and the weather was AWFUL, so we’ll come back when it’s nicer and explore more of the area. Even in the bad weather, we had a great value stay. We found a superb spa at Teme Leisure Centre, which is worth visiting if the weather’s poor. WiFi worked really well for us, enough to watch TV on our laptop, since we don’t have a TV and usually just watch downloaded films. The pitches are roomy and mostly hardstanding. There’s a bit of a slope, but levellers sorted it. Facilities were fab, with a hairdryer in the ladies’ and hot, powerful showers. The hosts are friendly and around if you need them, and security on site is good. The bar’s fully stocked, cosy and has a great atmosphere. I liked that it was open around tea time and closed by 8 or 9pm. Thanks for a great stay. We’ll be back when the weather cheers up! 😊
