The rooms were spacious and comfortable enough for five of us to get a good night’s sleep before our early flight. Staff were amazing, full of useful local information and tips. The service felt like 7 star, while the rooms were 3 star. It isn’t a 5 star hotel yet. I’m curious to see what they do with the place and look forward to visiting again, though they didn’t need to change anything for us. It suited our needs perfectly, and we’d gladly stay again.

For the room price, I can’t complain, even though the place could use some renovations. The man at reception was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. From Gatwick airport, the bus gets you to the hotel in six stops for £3. I’d book again if I need somewhere to stay at Gatwick.

I booked at the last minute after my flight changed, and Eios was so welcoming and accommodating. There was an issue, so he upgraded my room, and made sure I felt safe. He was lovely to chat with. The bed was comfortable, and the clean bathroom had plenty of space. I’d happily stay again when flying out of Gatwick, and highly recommend it.

The manager was welcoming and helpful from booking right through to checkout. We were visiting nearby family and wanted to split up the journey with our two young kids. The room was affordable, spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. We also really liked the bath and shower, and there are amenities close by. We’ll definitely return next time we’re in the area. Thank you!

There’s plenty of parking, and my room came with a fridge. Since it was a quiet night, I was upgraded, which was a lovely hospitality touch. The location is handy for Gatwick Airport, and I’ll keep it in mind for a stay before another flight.
