Parking nearby can be tricky if you need the car close, and there are steps up to the property. Once inside, though, the ground floor works for someone with limited mobility. My partner and I really enjoyed staying here and would love to return. The hosts were polite, easy to reach and very helpful with our questions, so don't hesitate to ask. The space has been used really well, and it was nice having the option to cook in the communal kitchen.

Apartment 11 was lovely, clean and tidy when we arrived, and the host gave us all the information we needed. My partner and I booked it for a Friday-to-Sunday Brighton break for our second anniversary. We got there at 1:30pm, before the 3pm check-in, and they managed to have the room ready by 2pm, which we really appreciated. The walk to Brighton pier took about 40 minutes. The weather was lovely, and walking along the beach made it seem quicker, but there's also a bus station 10 minutes away if you'd rather not walk. The location itself was very quiet, and we slept comfortably without noise or any issues with the pull-out bed. It was easy to set up, and sheets and towels were provided. We had a lovely time with no problems. Thank you!☺️

We had everything we needed in the studio, and whenever we had a question, a quick message brought a reply within minutes. It was bright and clean on a very quiet street, close to the seafront one way and a large supermarket and other shops the other way. There's a bus stop at the top of the road, about 10 minutes from town, if you don't want to walk. We were happy with the stay and will book again.

We had a great holiday in this fantastic apartment. The host was fab, and the beach, shops, restaurants and bars were all walkable. Public transport was only minutes away too. I'll definitely book again 😊
