If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give. Management is unresponsive and completely incompetent. Basic living conditions aren’t being met, and they do nothing about these serious problems. This place shouldn’t be available to rent. If you’re thinking of moving here, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Louise, since you’re paid to promote this place, is it really fair for you to review it? And how can it be listed as serviced accommodation or apartments? A serviced apartment has a full kitchen and no facilities shared with other guests. This property is well presented, I admit, but it’s en-suite bedrooms with a shared kitchen and communal living room, not serviced apartments. That’s a perfectly reasonable offering and there’s certainly a place for it. Just don’t present it as something it isn’t. That’s unfair to five-star providers and guests.

I deal with lots of businesses across Hull & East Yorkshire that need quality accommodation, and I'm extremely proud to place people in such amazing accommodation. MyPad Accommodation manages it expertly, and they're happy to help if you have specific requirements.
