The breakfast room was great, well stocked and open all the time, with a fridge for guests. Warren was such a friendly, welcoming and helpful host. I stayed two nights with a friend and we had a brilliant time exploring Spurn Point and some of the lovely local walks. The gardens and surroundings are beautiful, and the location is fabulous. We’ll definitely come back!

We paid an amazing £50 for the night and were so impressed that we’re stopping again in April. The B&B is only 8 miles from The deep, and the owner greeted us and explained everything, including the help-yourself breakfast room. Because of my wife’s disability, we stayed in the log cabin. It was extremely spacious and felt homely, with complimentary tea and coffee, a TV with Sky channels and a hair dryer, not that I have much hair.

Warren was a really friendly and accommodating host, and it’s excellent value for money. The bathroom was super squeaky clean, the beds were comfortable, and the self-service breakfast room had everything we needed, including a kettle, microwave and fridge. It’s a beautiful location, and I’m looking forward to planning another visit to explore the area more. Highly recommend.

Warren greeted me so warmly when I arrived. It was peaceful, and I had one of the best nights’ sleep I can remember. Breakfast was amazing, and I’ll definitely come back for a longer stay. Highly recommended! P.S. They make their own pressed apple juice, cookies, cakes and jams!!!!

We’re already planning another trip. The setting was picturesque and well worth visiting, and our rooms were spotlessly clean with en-suite bathrooms. Warren made us feel very welcome, even offering to drive us to our family BBQ if we couldn’t get a taxi. The breakfast room was packed with goodies, including pots of jam and marmalade for sale.
