We had a peaceful night's sleep in this quiet back street, though the guesthouse is only about 100 metres from the town centre and 400 metres from the beach. Parking is at the rear. The owner greeted us at the entrance and showed us to our huge room. There was a comfortable large sofa, wide-screen wall TV, bottled water, hot water bottle, alarm clock, good tea and shower facilities, plus a useful folder of places to visit and eat. We ordered breakfast by form the night before, and it was very tasty. An excellent one-night stay in room 1. Mr and Mrs starr

Our four-night stay at Ellinbrook guest house was comfortable, with spotlessly clean rooms. Breakfast was great, and our host was friendly and welcoming.

We stayed in Daisy, one of the flats, and it was extremely well equipped and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking main meals, and the flat was clean and comfortable. Having an allocated parking space made it even better. It was less than a five-minute walk to the Princess Theatre, the venue we were visiting. We'll certainly come back.

We loved the little touches, including the support for the RNLI and the little pot for 5p coins in the room, if you know you know! The breakfast was spot on: I had poached eggs, my daughter had boiled eggs, and there was a great selection of fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereal too. We stayed in room 3 on 21 November, and it was lovely, with everything you need for a perfect stay. This was our first visit, but it won't be the last. Thank you.

Richard was very polite, and the breakfast was amazing. We only stayed one night with breakfast, but the B&B was so clean and really comfortable. Thanks for having us, we'd definitely recommend it.
