So glad we found no9. The hosts were super friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the location was great. Breakfast was freshly cooked without frying and was excellent value. Free Wi-Fi, too, and accessible chalets are available. We'll definitely return.

No 9 is a fantastic place to stay, with great hosts, and I loved having a little fridge in the room. Breakfast was big, with lots of choices. Nothing is far away, and there's a shortcut beside the building, an alley or passage as we call it, that saves walking around the block and comes out on the high street. The conservative club is halfway along it, only a few steps from No 9, though I didn't go in. I'd recommend No9 Guest House to anyone staying in Hunstanton.

Stuart and Maria are great proprietors, and the guest house is close to everything. We had a lovely breakfast, drinks and a fridge in the room, plus free parking outside. Lovely place, we'll be back. John and Brad from Coventry 🤓😃👍👍👊

We had a brilliant stay, and Stuart was a funny, friendly host who couldn't do enough for us. The sat nav was a little off, but it's been sorted now. Search for the property, then choose the map suggestion beside it to get directions right to the door.

Our room was amazing and very clean, and the owner was great. There was even fresh milk waiting in the fridge when we arrived. Parking was the one downside, but the owner pointed us to the council carport up the road, where it costs £1.40 for 24 hours.
