That sausage sandwich they packed for me was lovely, and it got me going after an early start. I’d missed breakfast because I was already heading out. The hosts were brilliant, the room was really clean, and the bed in the Nelson room was huge. I hadn’t slept that well in ages while travelling.

The food was marvellous, and there was plenty of it. Dawn and Paul made me feel welcome from the start. My room was spotless and the bed was really comfortable. I’d happily recommend staying here.

We’ve stayed here a few times recently and have been impressed by how friendly it feels and how well we’ve been looked after. Dawn and Paul are wonderfully welcoming. The room and facilities were excellent, and breakfast was first class. It’s a very comfortable place to stay, and I’d highly recommend it.

For such an affordable price, we were treated like royalty. The owners took care of everything, including a lovely breakfast in the morning. The lodge was so clean we couldn’t find a speck of dust, and the bed was super comfortable. It was a really peaceful, quiet night. Thank you for making us feel at home. Hope to see you again.

There’s loads of space, and both the room and home are very tidy. Dawn and Paul treated me like family, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent too. I’m looking forward to coming back for a longer stay. I’d recommend spending a week or even a weekend here, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Dawn and Osul, hope to see you all again soon x
