Chris made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. He was friendly, thoughtful, helpful, and had a great sense of humour. Our room was large, bright, spotless, and lovely, with an en-suite and a gorgeous view over the orchards. There was a bottle of water in the little fridge and chocolates left for us too, a nice touch. We spent two nights at this charming, characterful countryside B&B and loved it all. It's peaceful and relaxing, yet only a short drive from Rye, with its shops and restaurants. Chris served what may be one of the best Full English breakfasts we've had, and there was also a Continental option with fabulous apple and pear preserves from their orchards. We'd happily return and recommend it to others.

A lovely little find. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the log fire was a real bonus. Our hosts Jo and Ed were so welcoming, and breakfast was amazing with plenty to choose from. We'd definitely come back. Thank you, Jo and Ed.

Jo made us feel very welcome, and breakfast was delicious. It was one of the best places we've stayed, with a peaceful, relaxing setting, horses we enjoyed seeing, and a lounge as well as a bedroom.

Jo's delicious breakfast and her always-smiling welcome made our two-night stay especially pleasant. It's close to town, and a lovely spot for home comforts, peace, and a beautiful view. I'd recommend it.

Fantastic stay. The friendly couple running it made us feel at home straight away. The rooms are large, and breakfast was great!
