We've returned to Grosvenor House for a second stay, and it was just as good. Nick and Andrew made us feel welcome from check-in and were attentive hosts throughout. The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is cooked to order with lots to choose from, and Nick takes great care of the front of house. Parking on the drive is a bit tight, but we've never had trouble, even when every room was occupied. The location is great too, within easy walking distance of the seafront, restaurants, and Tunnels Beaches.

Grosvenor House was a real highlight of our holiday, and we'd love to stay again when we're back in the area. We parked in the drive and didn't need the car, since the high street and coast were only a five-minute walk away. Nick and Andrew were so welcoming and made us feel at home. On our diving day, Nick kindly drove us to collect our kit, took us to the harbour, and picked us up afterwards. The house is beautifully decorated, our room was cosy and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.

Andrew's amazing breakfast was a great way to start the day, with a really good range to choose from. We were also treated to freshly baked scones with jam and cream, which was such a lovely surprise. Such a great find, with hosts who go above and beyond. Definitely staying again. We stayed here for two sections of the South West Coast Path, and the location worked really well, close to the bus stop, restaurants, harbour, and centre. After a long walk, the hot tub was especially welcome, and we even came back to a surprise complimentary scone. The hosts couldn't do enough to help, and breakfast was both delicious and generous. Easy to recommend.

Our room was comfortable, spotless, and beautifully decorated, and breakfast was delicious with plenty to eat. The hosts were so welcoming and attentive. We'd absolutely book here again if we're back in the area! 🤞
