It looks a bit worn and dark from the outside, and I think renovations may be planned at some point, but inside it's a lovely place. The atmosphere is warm, comfortable and really friendly, with fantastic beers from Milton brewery. Thoroughly recommend this pub.
We had a lovely, peaceful Saturday afternoon here. It's a proper country pub that keeps things simple and does them well, without needing lots of bells and whistles. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were welcoming in a natural way, with polite, friendly service for people young and old. A food truck started serving at 5pm.
We spent Saturday night here and enjoyed good food from the food truck, along with excellent beers and non-alcoholic options. It's a cosy, friendly pub with a lovely atmosphere. We'll be back!
Really good to see the Rose and Crown open again. The local beers are great, and I’m looking forward to food being available too 👍
A lively pub with a great real-ale selection. They serve Milton-Brewery ales, and there's Moravka lager for anyone who isn't keen on beer. No food, just bar snacks.
