The cottage row is lovely and quiet, near a 24-hour Asda and a bus stop. The walk into town takes about 35 minutes, or a taxi costs £7. That was the only downside to an otherwise great property. I wish I’d taken photos, because the ones shown seemed to be of another flat or from before The Hedgehigs at No15 was updated. The bathroom, kitchen and furniture have changed, and everything looked brand new and very well fitted out. The modern kitchen and bathroom were great, and the kitchen had basics like teabags, coffee, milk, juice, eggs, bread and cereal. The bed was comfy too. One suggestion for the owner: a note in the reference folder explaining the new electric hob would help. We were used to gas, and it took us a while to realise a pan has to be on the hob for it to heat.

The owner replied quickly and gave us lots of useful information about local amenities. The flat is finished to a high standard and was really quiet. It’s a 5-7 minute drive to the city, or a lovely walk if the weather’s good. We used it as a base for getting around, finding beautiful beaches and great little places to eat, while still being close enough to enjoy the city bustle. A perfect little getaway for road trippers. Thanks again, we’ll be back.

There are local shops nearby, including ASDA, ALDI and Tesco, along with places to eat, and the area is quiet. The flat is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. It’s a short drive to central Inverness, with a bus route into the centre as well. We had great weather and found it a handy base for exploring northern and western Scotland. We’ll definitely return.

Bonnie was a perfect retreat for my three comfortable, lovely nights. The flat feels like home and is fitted out to a high standard, with everything you’d expect to find in your own place. I loved having morning coffee in the cute back courtyard. I’m home in Edinburgh now, but we’ll be back soon. Thanks for the card and chocolates waiting on arrival, such a lovely touch.

We loved how the owners furnished the place, especially since it had only just become available for holiday lets when we stayed. The location is superb, and we’ll be back. For the best prices, try contacting the owners directly.
