We felt at home straight away in the two double rooms. They were spacious, spotless, newly done and beautifully decorated. Our host was so warm and attentive, and made us feel special. It was our dad's birthday, so the day before we asked whether a small cake with a candle would be possible. He was kind and helpful about that too, which made the occasion even nicer. The traditional breakfast was delicious. Thank you so much. If you're staying in Inverness, we'd recommend booking here.

Ranald was a sweet, friendly host and gave us useful ideas for places to eat in town. He was very accommodating, and breakfast was really nice. Our room was fresh, clean and comfortable too. The property is a lovely place to stay in Inverness, about a 20-minute walk from the city centre. We were there for one night and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We spent two weeks in Scotland, and this was our favourite place to stay. The house has real charm, and the inviting rooms were clean, lovely and thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was delicious: fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, tea and coffee, plus a full Scottish breakfast cooked to order. You can choose both the time and what you'd like. Thanks for such a lovely stay.

After a long day driving and hiking, this was a great place to recharge. The room and bed were extremely clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with generous portions. The hosts clearly pay incredible attention to detail. I loved the Scottish-pattern furniture and cushions. There's parking on site, and downtown is an easy walk.
