Amy and Sinead were both lovely hosts, and the breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed the pancakes with bacon and maple syrup so much that I started making them whenever I can! The room was clean and cosy, and we really appreciated the warm welcome waiting for us on the table.

The room was very clean, breakfast was great, and everything was well organized. Sinead was a wonderful hostess. Getting to central Inverness over the footbridge was easy, though in cold weather the walk would be uncomfortable. The downsides were traffic noise from the busy street and the tight parking.

A five-minute walk gets you to the bars and restaurants, and the hostess was great. The room had lovely beds and pillows, a nice breakfast, and everything we needed. It also had a really homely feel. Fab.

Breakfast was hearty, with plenty of choice, and the place was warm and cosy in a great location. Sinead and Amy were lovely hosts. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
