Abbie and Lauren really made the difference on my work trip to Premier Inn Ipswich North. After long, tiring days, their warmth and efficiency were a welcome lift. They were cheerful and proactive every time, whether chatting at reception, giving recommendations or checking that everything was in order with a smile. They're a real credit to the hotel. I found it quiet, convenient for the A14 and good value. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, as I expect from Premier Inn. It's a reliable, comfortable base for work, but the people made the stay especially pleasant and welcoming. Thanks to the whole team, particularly Abbie and Lauren. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone needing a base in the area.

Getting to Needham Market and Stowmarket was easy since the hotel is outside Ipswich, and the free parking was a bonus. We had a spotless room and a very comfortable bed. The freshly made hot breakfast was lovely, especially after buffets elsewhere. Abbie welcomed us warmly and served a lovely dinner, and Lesley was just as welcoming at breakfast. Great value and very helpful staff.

I live about a mile away and use the Premier Inn Ipswich North to charge my car. The staff are always pleasant, kind and helpful. Manager Bee always makes time to say hello, and she and the team let me sit in the bar area with a coffee. They check that I'm all right, and nothing seems too much trouble.

We've stayed at Premier Inns around the country, and this was easily the best. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they handled a big group really well. Both dinner and breakfast were fresh, and the rooms were modern and clean. Definitely recommend.

The rooms have been freshly updated, and this is a terrific Premier Inn, easy to reach from the A14 with friendly staff. You generally know what to expect from the brand. My one personal preference isn't met here: I'd rather have a proper breakfast buffet than order through staff. It's no deal breaker. I just feel less guilty going back for more bacon at a buffet, even if the studies say each extra slice cuts six minutes off your life. Given how much I've eaten, I doubt those studies, or I'd be dead already!
