Kate was a wonderful host and had everything perfectly prepared for us. Her breakfast was simply delicious. We were so glad to stay here on Islay; the views and surroundings were amazing, almost hard to believe. You have to love Islay's rough, wild weather, and we really do. We think this is one of the best places to stay on the island and fully recommend it.

Kate was a really friendly and helpful host. We loved the breakfast choices, and the packed lunch was good too. The cakes and bakes were tasty. Walks start right from the doorstep, and the location was great. Our room was comfortable, and it was nice to have a lounge as well. We'd love to come back. Thanks again 😊

The outlook was fantastic, and we could always spot a seal or two. Kate made us feel welcome and helped with local information, walks, and visits. Her breakfasts and cakes were imaginative and a real treat. The room and facilities were clean, cosy, and comfortable, and guests could use the lounge. I'd happily return.

We slept incredibly well in the wonderfully huge bed in the trophy room. The place is beautifully situated, friendly, and relaxed. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, and the packed lunch we bought for £8 each was well worth it. The homemade muffins were great too. We even saw seals basking on the rocks right outside the window.

We really enjoyed our stay at this small B&B, which has two rooms and a daytime café serving homemade cakes. Just across the sea from the house, on the little island with the lighthouse, you can see and hear seals.
