Killoran House

The atmosphere is so calm and peaceful, and the views from both our room and the lovely common room were stunning. Killoran house is beautiful, with so much thought and care in the details, from the locally made bathroom soaps to the home cooked breakfast. The location was quiet but handy for lovely sights, Tobermory and some great restaurants a short drive away. Thanks Craig and Tash for having us.

Our three nights here were a delight. The guesthouse was immaculate and well kept, the service was outstanding, and breakfast was delicious. We’d highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Tash and Craig, for making us feel so welcome!

The overnight porridge was so tasty and kept us going all day. We felt very welcome, and the room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated, with an amazing bathroom. A fantastic place to stay, we’d highly recommend it.

Breakfast at Killoran House was the best we had during the rest of our holiday. Everything was fresh and locally sourced, cooked to order, and the overnight porridge was a highlight that really set us up for the day. Dinner on our first evening was another treat, made with fresh local ingredients and expertly prepared. Tash and her husband have created a real culinary gem in their home. It’s a magnificent guest house overlooking a small estuary in Dervig, on the Island of Mull. Tash greeted us warmly and genuinely, and the whole place is immaculate, beautifully furnished and thoughtfully put together. Our bedroom was lovely, especially the spectacular shower room. Fresh milk, tea and coffee were provided, and the guest lounge upstairs had wonderful views. Killoran House is an absolute delight in almost every way.
