Our room was small, but clean and perfectly good, and the meals and breakfast were delicious. We loved our stay at this great hotel and restaurant. The staff were really friendly, helpful and happy to chat with guests. I’d recommend this hotel!

The hill is steep, as people have said, but it really wasn't that bad. The staff were super lovely and offered to change the sheets. They also showed me the cleaning checklist saying they had been changed, though the beds still felt really dirty: there were lots of hairs in the sheets and so many stains under the mattress.

The attentive staff and clean room were good, and the bathroom was bigger than I expected. The room itself was small. Breakfast was the letdown: it had been left under a heat lamp, and everything was overcooked.

I was here for work and had a lovely stay. The room was clean and warm, breakfast was decent, and I had a nice steak for tea. It was even on Balamory. And a big shout out to the friendly staff, just how I'd want them to be.

The food and breakfast were great quality and good value, and the staff were excellent. My wife and I come to mull at least twice a year, so I'm glad we found this lovely hotel. We'd definitely recommend it and will be back.
