There's plenty of room in this very clean apartment, with two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. It would suit a family of around four, for example. Getting into the town centre, with its banks and shops, is easy. It has all the basics you'd want. My one gripe was the electric shower: awkward temperature control and weak pressure.

We found the accommodation was just what we needed while visiting the island, and the beds were really comfortable. It's also close to lots of shops and restaurants, in a great location.

We had what we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, and the Wi-Fi was good. The host was friendly, though we probably wouldn't have needed to contact him. The place was comfortable and well located, although Portree is so small that everything is close by.

Nice place with a decent view. The only bad thing was when the upstairs neighbours ran the washer or dryer. The wall and fireplace would vibrate and make a strange noise.

More spacious than a hotel, and well equipped, with a washing machine and dryer that came in handy in bad weather. It's central in Portree, near a supermarket, and has parking.
