So glad the hotel is open again. We've always had warm, welcoming service here, and the drinks are reasonably priced. We also tried the Dashas Grill on site. The smash burgers were exceptional. Go support local and stop in for a drink and something to eat.

The new owners are so welcoming. It's a nice place to pop in for a friendly drink with the locals, as well as being a hotel.

I turned up at short notice with my dog, and they made room for us and were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, with everything needed for a night, and the bathroom was spotless. There's a nice little bar and eating area, and they'll help with anything you ask about. I'd happily stay again anytime. Thanks for looking after me and the dog.

The rooms are standard, but they had everything we needed. We found this hotel after changing our camping plans because of the ridiculous rain, and the nearby Premier Inn was full. I'm so glad we ended up here. The food was fantastic, the prices reasonable, and the lovely couple serving us made the place feel special. Would definitely go back. Highly recommend.

Kath and Fred, the owners, were really friendly and welcoming, and the locals in the bar made the stay even nicer while I was working away. The home-cooked food was lovely and great value, and Kath's full English breakfast was a great way to start the day.
