Claire was lovely, and so was their cat 😊. We stayed overnight and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The power shower was great, and the sofa bed was top quality. Gorgeous place, couldn’t fault it, I’d highly recommend.

Being able to cook something for myself after a great power shower at the end of the day was just right, much better than a traditional b&b. The place is owned and run by a lovely couple, and I was greeted in the evening by their friendly cat. Fantastic find, I’m extremely happy, especially as I’m booked in again for next week.

The room was lovely, and the owners were so friendly. I liked having the information book and takeaway menus there to read, and the hand sanitiser and Covid-19 guidelines were reassuring. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but that was the only drawback. It’s a lovely spot for a short break, just 18 minutes from windermere. ❤️

I’ve stayed here a couple of times while working nearby. It’s a lovely little place, and the hosts are great. There’s also a very cute cat around who enjoys a pat.
