Although a few rooms look a bit dated, they're spotless, with crisp bed linen, modern en-suite shower rooms and all the amenities you'd expect from a more upmarket place. There's plenty to choose from at breakfast, and Derek's perfectly cooked full English sets you up for the day. Liz and Derek have always been accommodating, especially when I've arrived very late. I've stayed several times over the past year while working from Birmingham Airport. The B&B is centrally located in Kenilworth, a short drive from the airport, the NEC, Coventry and Warwick. Great place and people, thoroughly recommended!

The owners were so friendly and pleasant, and we really enjoyed our stay. There was a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice, plus a cosy living room guests could use. Our room was very spacious, clean and cosy. It's a very nice old house close to Kenilworth station, the town and the castle. We'll certainly visit and stay again.

A great little guest house, comfortable and clean, with an excellent breakfast. The staff are really friendly and the prices are amazing value. It'll be my first choice for overnight stays in this area.

The breakfast was amazing, and our spacious room had excellent facilities. The owners were welcoming and friendly. It's close to town and the newly opened railway station. I'd be happy to stay here again.

The hosts were very accommodating when we needed a late check-in. We had a really pleasant room, a comfortable bed and a wonderful breakfast. It's perfectly placed for Warwick University and Leamington Spa.
