The location was peaceful but still just a short walk from Market Square, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast was freshly cooked, generous, and delicious, just as we remembered, and a great start to a day exploring Keswick and the Lake District. This was our second time at Babbling Brook Guest House, and Paul and Carol welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home straight away. The rooms were spotless and stylish, with modern updates that show the care Paul and Carol have put in, while keeping the cosy, welcoming feel. We'll definitely return and highly recommend Babbling Brook Guest House.

The room was spacious and nicely presented, and from the moment we arrived until we left, Paul and Carol were so friendly and considerate. We were only there for one night, but I’d happily recommend the guest house to friends and family.

The hosts were so friendly, and breakfast was a very good full English with homemade jam. My room was warm and cosy, with a comfy bed. Great location too.

For my birthday trip, they brought out my fry-up with a candle stuck in the sausage. Such a sweet little touch. The B&B itself is lovely and homely, and everything was clean and tidy.

Keswick centre is just a short walk away, so the location worked perfectly for us. Our room and the rest of the place were spotless, the hosts were really nice, and breakfast was a delicious full English. We had a great one-night stay and would definitely come back and recommend it.
