We were able to leave the car parked for three days, since the hotel is close to everything in Keswick. We stayed for a few nights in September while travelling through the UK and really enjoyed it. Our room was a good size, clean and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was cooked to order rather than served as a buffet. It was great.

I loved the relaxing feel, the kind people, the food and the amazing view. This is my favourite hotel in the lakes. For some reason the website isn’t available now, but if the same people and service were there, I’d recommend it to everyone.

The turret room we were given was very small, especially compared with the other second-floor rooms, and the bed was small too. That’s my only issue with the hotel. At the same price, the other rooms looked far superior, so I don’t think the price tag was justified for this room.

I really enjoyed staying here. The property faces the golf course and lake, and has impressive interiors and parking on site. The staff were cheerful, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was excellent.

The location is spot on, with an amazing view, and the staff were extremely nice and friendly. It’s a fantastic hotel. I had one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a very long time. Highly recommend it, and I’m looking forward to coming back.
