The owners were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. They let us check in as soon as we arrived and asked what time we wanted breakfast. They catered for all four of us, including one vegan and one vegetarian. We had the room with the little balcony, and it was one of the nicest boarding houses I’ve stayed in. I could happily live there. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I’d recommend it and will stay again next time I’m in the area.

Our host and hostess were so kind when my husband was ill, and couldn’t have done more for us. This was such a warm, welcoming little gem in Kettering. We had a cosy, comfortable room and a shower room with fluffy towels and toiletries. Breakfast was huge.

They went out of their way to cater for me as a vegan, and the welcome was really friendly. Breakfast was lovely too. Because of a leak in the main room, I was given a smaller room than I’d expected. They also asked me to pay in cash instead of charging the card details, which was a bit inconvenient.

Amanda and Matthew made us feel very welcome. The room was good, the bed and shower were great, and breakfast had everything I could want, coffee included. Thanks for making the stay so lovely!

The owners were very friendly, and I had an excellent room with good facilities. Breakfast was a lovely cooked one. I stayed last night and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely recommend it to others.
