The staff were friendly and helpful, but the building and location were awful. We stayed on a Friday, and the club downstairs played loud music until 3am. After that, many people carried on partying upstairs. The walls might as well have been paper. I found cockroaches in my bed, the room had a strange smell, and lifting parts of the carpet exposed spots that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in decades. We paid £87 for three nights but left after the first one. It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed.
