The setting by the river was lovely, with fantastic scenery, and Killin was just a 10-minute walk away. Our two dogs especially loved sniffing around the hill in the garden. Inside, there was loads of room for everyone, whether they wanted to chat or find a quiet corner, plus plenty of activities for adults and children. The kitchen had a wonderful seating area, and we really enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. Amanda and Bob were friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic family holiday and would definitely recommend the house.

Amanda and Bob were quick to reply to messages and gave us lots of useful information about the area. Thanks for having us for the weekend. We also found local amenities within walking distance, and visited the Killin Hotel and got pizzas from the Secret Pizzas. We can recommend both. The house worked really well for our weekend. Each bedroom had its own ensuite, and the beds were very comfortable. There were lots of places to spend time, with room to eat together as well as space to chill. We made use of the big TV for rugby, table tennis, pool and darts, and enjoyed the sauna and hot tub too.

Amanda was so kind about my forgotten phone charger. I messaged on Sunday after leaving, and she had it delivered to me by Tuesday, which I really appreciated. The owners were lovely throughout. The house is in a stunning spot right beside the river, which was so relaxing. There was plenty of parking for our group, and the Falls of Dochart were a 30-minute walk away. Inside, the rooms were spotless and a great size, all ensuite, though we didn't use the small box room. There was plenty to do, including a party room, games room, cinema room and hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed, including two fridge-freezers, a wine cooler and two coffee machines. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.

The hosts were lovely, and we knew we could contact them if we needed anything. The rooms were nice and clean, and we had a brilliant weekend at our family gathering. We made great use of the kitchen facilities, and the hot tub got plenty of use too. The little ones enjoyed the cinema room while the older children and adults spent time in the games room. I'd highly recommend the house.

Amanda and Bob made us feel very welcome and were helpful. The House at Bridge of Lochay was comfortable and well equipped for our large family group of 30-plus. Its location was excellent, with activities to suit all ages.
