Premier Inn Dudley - Kingswinford

Kat, I believe the shift leader, is blooming awesome. The bar is where this place really shines. I stayed for three nights, and the team I met, Codie and Paige, were just as wonderful and attentive. They worked as hard as they could to meet customer requests. The food was good, the atmosphere was good and the service was incredible. The hotel itself is what you'd expect from a Premier Inn, above average.

Being away from my family for work for three months wasn't easy, but the good food, clean rooms and lovely atmosphere made Kingswinford feel almost like home. I stayed in quite a few rooms and they were all great. The staff were friendly, attentive and on the ball. A huge thanks to the managers and team for the great service over those three months. I'll stay there again when I'm passing by. Many thanks!

The staff were lovely, and the accommodation was decent quality and very well cleaned. There's no onsite restaurant anymore, but they provide a light breakfast.

The two waitresses who helped with where my two daughters and I could sit were especially accommodating and helpful. There was a good range of food, and our room was very clean and comfortable. I'd stay again and recommend it to others.
