Amanda and Alden were wonderful owners who couldn’t do enough for us. The guesthouse has gorgeous rooms, breathtaking scenery and lovely attention to detail, with everything thoughtfully arranged for a great stay. It’s a beautiful place, full of history and character, easy to find, and has plenty of parking. We’re 100% coming back. Thank you so much.

The walking paths nearby were a real highlight, and the location was just right. Our hosts made us feel welcome and comfortable, and the clean room had loads of character. We had a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our time here. Aldan and Amanda were warm, gracious hosts, and the views from this beautiful guesthouse were breathtaking. Our room and ensuite bathroom were roomy, comfortable and luxurious. They also pointed us to a great restaurant in the nearby village.

If you're happy with a simple breakfast taken in your room, this is an ideal choice. I found the house great value for money, with comfortable rooms, splendid grounds and friendly hosts. There’s lovely countryside for walking and cycling, plus plenty of interesting towns, villages and historic sites nearby.

We visited in January 2021 and were blown away by the scenery, especially the sunrise over the valley. There was plenty of parking for all four of our cars, and the rooms were spacious. The hosts were amazing and had everything we needed. We'll definitely return to Milebrook House.
