The rooms were roomy, comfortable and looked lovely, and the house and garden are gorgeous. Jane, Steve and Rupert the dog made us feel so welcome with their kindness and hospitality. We were sorry to head home ;) and can’t wait to stay with them again. Highly recommend.

We were sad to leave and will definitely be back. Jane & Steve, and Rupert the dog, are such genuine, caring people, and they made sure every little detail was taken care of. Nothing felt like too much trouble. The house and gardens are beautiful, and we’d especially recommend staying here if you have a dog. Thank you, Jane, from Tracy & Hamish x

The blue room was nicely furnished, with a comfortable king-size bed that was long enough for me at 1.88 metres, plus a good shower and en suite. We also loved the impressive Victorian house and garden, which are dog-friendly and include an attractive gazebo-like structure. It’s near Narberth, a charming small town, and the unmissable Fernery restaurant at the Grove hotel.

The owners were so kind and helpful, and greeted us with coffee and cake. They even put up birthday banners, then brought out a wonderful breakfast the next morning with a candle in his brekkie and sang happy birthday. We stayed for my partners birthday and had such a relaxing break. The village is gorgeous, easy to reach and nicely out of the way, though the signal in the area isn’t great, which was fine for us. The family are lovely, the hotel is decorated beautifully and really suited our style, and there are lovely grounds nearby and beaches not far away. We can’t recommend it highly enough and will 10000% stay again.

Jane and Steve are perfect hosts, and the warm welcome in this wonderful old Rectory made us feel at home. The room was luxurious and spotlessly clean, the gardens lovely, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was yummy too. We’ll certainly be returning. Highly recommended.
